THE HISTORY IN A BRIEF...

Since 2014, Corentin has been passionate about chocolate and has made his passion his profession. He began his journey as an apprentice chocolatier at the Chocolaterie Panel in Grigny and created his first Instagram page, Frchocolatier, to share his creations.

Over the years, Corentin has traveled around the world to discover new chocolate horizons, from Dubai to Brazil via Japan. Eventually, he found his dream job aboard MSC Cruises, where he managed three chocolate factories on three different ships owned by Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Jean-Philippe Maury. During these three years at sea, he trained teams, managed suppliers and inventory, and created numerous artistic chocolate pieces with a maritime theme.

Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic put an end to Corentin's cruise ship chocolatier adventure. Back in his hometown of Vienna, he decided to create a traveling creperie chocolate shop on a cart that he moved around the city. He created the Mr Coco Instagram page and his specialty, ChocoTamar, quickly became a great success. Following new government restrictions linked to the pandemic, he chose to put an end to his traveling cart and create a mini online chocolate factory.
